Hey all, this morning i took a little drive to photograph a friend and coworker’s family. It was a beautiful drive, the colors are starting to change. This is my FAVORITE time of year!! These two little girls are adorable. I have photographed the big sister since she was born. It is so cool to see all the changes and her little personality just coming to life. She is so darn cute.

This weekend was full of sessions in the country. I had so much fun with Brandon and Alysha and their engagement pictures. I was so pumped when i saw them roll into the yard with the motorcycle!! They were both great and so happy! Thanks for driving out to the farm!

I’m so excited about this post! This is my niece, little Miss B. She has gotten so big and such a big personality, i love it!! We had some fun running up and down the little path, her daddy chasing her and she was giggling and laughing… such an awesome sound!!

Amazing Sunset

The nights just keep getting better on this trip. I am completely in awe of the sunset (see the last pic for proof)… you definitely don’t see it like this in the cities! Tonight I had a sunset session with an old high school friend that was awesome… lots of running around and 3 little cuties, no wind and perfect weeds ! It was hard to narrow it down to 13 to post… but here’s a sample of what we captured. Thanks Joe and Lisa for inviting us over!

I love being home. It’s so peaceful and relaxing! I started the morning off with some familiar faces… Darin’s family came back out for a quick 15 minute session with their complete family. Their kids are so cute and this little guy couldn’t stop smiling!! Here is a little peak of what we got in 15 minutes!

What an awesome day yesterday was! Perfect, perfect, perfect! I hadn’t seen these boys since they were probably two years old… OMG, what a fun family. You could totally tell these two young men loved their mom, and probably hated me after this session… squeeze her tighter!!! ha. They handled it all in stride with big ol’ smiles! Thanks for coming out Rita, you guys made my job so easy!!

At least it was today. Today was a busy day out here on the farm… we had 3 sessions, I am only posting one at the moment, but will get to the others soon. These two families were so adorable!! Great outfits (greens, browns and blue!!), beautiful kids and they were so, so, so patient. I could not believe how well they sat for me and didn’t move for a pretty long time in little kid world. It was awesome!! And, they were all so sweet! We tried out one of my new finds… the little antique baby crib… Mom and I picked it up in a very cool little shop in Downtown Sioux Falls a couple weeks ago.

That you so much ladies for making the trek all the way out to the farm. I had a blast. Here are a few images we captured… there were so many cute ones, i have my work cut out for me There are a lot of images here, because there were a lot of kids and we can’t leave anyone out!
